HOP DESCRIPTION
Styrian Golding, also known as Styrian Celeia is one of the world's most renowned hop variety due to its special aroma characteristics and great alpha values. It has raised quite a lot of interest in the past few years especially amongst craft breweries. It is used both in ale and lager brewing. Raw hops produce very pleasant and noble herbal, floral and citrusy aroma while on the other side offer charming bitterness. This aroma hop has a widespread usage both in big and craft breweries and it is commonly used as an aroma agent in beer. It is also very suitable for dry hopping.
